DECLARATIONS

• I/We certify that all the information and documents provided in this application are true, complete, accurate, and up-to-date. I/We confirm that no information has been withheld, and I/We authorize Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s to verify these details directly or through third parties. I/We acknowledge that Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s reserves the right to obtain additional information from other sources, and any facility granted may be recalled if used for purposes other than those declared by me/us.
• I/We have been explained the product features for which I/We have applied. I/We have read and understood the terms and conditions of the loan product of Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s and agree to abide by them. All terms and conditions specified in the facility terms shall govern the facility and my/our obligations, along with Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s rights and remedies, if the facility is sanctioned and granted based on my/our application.
• I/We agree and consent to Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s for disclosing, obtaining, or processing any or all of the following, as deemed necessary and appropriate by Saarathi Finance: (a) personal information and data related to me/us, (b) details of any credit facility availed or to be availed by me/us, and (c) information about any default in meeting my/our obligations. This disclosure or processing may be to or by Credit Information Companies, Information Utilities, or any other agency authorized by the Government of India, Reserve Bank of India, or any statutory or regulatory authority for purposes including credit decision-making, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, reporting obligations, or any ancillary matters. I/We shall not hold Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s liable for the use of this information by the aforementioned entities. I/We also understand and agree that these entities may further use or process the disclosed information and provide the processed data or products thereof to Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s, other financial institutions, or entities as specified by applicable authorities.
• I/We agree to provide any additional information required by Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s and understand that the company reserves the right to retain the application form and submitted documents, without returning them to me/us.
• I/We understand that Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s will utilize the furnished information in compliance with Indian and foreign laws. This information will be used for processing, maintaining, and operating my/our loan account and related facilities.
• I/We authorize Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s to share, disclose, exchange, or use the provided information/data with its Group Companies, Associates, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Joint Ventures, or any person/entity involved in offering services such as life insurance, property insurance, or monrade guarantee products related to my/our loan.
• I/We declare that an intentional or negligent misrepresentation of the information provided may result in civil liability or criminal penalties. I/We certify that the attached documents, including KYC, income statements, and other necessary documents are true copies.
• I/We confirm that there are no ongoing legal proceedings against me/us in any court for winding up, dissolution, or reorganization, nor have I/We faced insolvency proceedings or been adjudicated insolvent.
• I/We understand that Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s, its agents, brokers, insurers, or successors, may continuously rely on the information provided. I/We commit to update or supplement this information in case of any material changes, such as employment, contact details, or residential address, prior to loan approval.
• Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s reserves the right to reject the application. Saarathi Finance, its successors, or assigns may retain an original or electronic copy or this application and provided details, regardless of loan approval status, for record maintenance purposes.
• I/We confirm having no objections to Saarathi Finance obtaining guarantee cover from CGFMU/CGTMSE or other schemes for eligible proposals.
• I/We declare that I/We am/are neither directors of Saarathi Finance nor associated with it as partners, managing agents, employees, or substantial stakeholders. If related, I/We shall disclose details as required.
• I/We confirm that I/We am/are not directors of any other banks or their subsidiaries, nor associated as trustees of mutual funds or venture capital funds if relevant. I/We shall provide necessary disclosures.
• I/We declare that I/We am/are not related to any directors of Saarathi Finance or other banks as per RBI guidelines, nor do I/We control or have significant stakes in relevant entities. Any relationships, if applicable, will be disclosed.
• I/We warrant that the loan purpose is valid and confirm its usage will not involve any illegal, anti-social, or speculative activities such as stock market or IPO participation.
• I/We acknowledge that Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s may communicate marketing offers and use third-party agencies for this purpose. I/We authorize the use of my/our information for such communications or decline these offers as indicated.
• I/We declare that I/We am/are not related to any Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s employees. If related, details will be disclosed.
• I/We consent to Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited’s extracting personal details as required under relevant laws from CERSAI or other authorities using CKYCR numbers, as per RBI guidelines or applicable regulations.

I/We hereby give my consent to Saarathi Finance and Credit Pvt Ltd. to obtain my Aadhaar Number, Name and Fingerprint/iris for authentication with UIDAI. The company has informed me that my identity information would only be used for KYC and also informed that my biometrics will not be stored/shared and will be submitted to Central Identities Data Repository (CIDR) only for that purpose of authentication.
