He has held leadership roles at Grihum Housing Finance, HFFC, and National Bank of Oman, where he built and scaled business verticals from the ground up.

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Ronak brings strong expertise in underwriting, credit policy formulation, and portfolio management. He has previously led credit functions at Umeed Housing Finance and AU Small Finance Bank, where he played a key role in launching and scaling new retail lending products.

A Physics Honors graduate, Vikas brings over 23 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, and risk management. He has led pan-India secured and unsecured collections at Propelle, SBFC, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, with strong expertise in negotiations, restructuring, and large-scale resolution strategies.

Rohit, an engineer from Motilal Nehru Institute of Technology, has deep experience across credit risk, analytics, and data-driven decisioning. His previous roles at Olyv (formerly SmartCoin), ZestMoney, Equifax, and Citi span risk modelling, scorecard development, and building scalable risk frameworks.

Ashish holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from KIIT School of Management and has extensive experience in treasury and financial planning. He has served in senior roles at InCred, Poonawalla Fincorp, and large manufacturing groups, managing multi-entity treasury operations, fundraising, and financial controls.

Pranshu holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and a B.Tech from IIT Bombay. He brings deep expertise in machine learning, large-scale systems, and product engineering. He has co-founded tech ventures and built advanced AI-driven platforms across fintech and consumer-tech domains.

Sangita, a PGDBM graduate from IISWBM Kolkata, has over two decades of HR leadership experience across financial services. She has managed HR strategy, talent development, and culture-building initiatives at Max Life Insurance, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, and ICICI Prudential Life.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Ankit has strong experience in debt syndication, investment banking, and structured credit. His prior roles at InCred Capital, SMC, and YES Bank include managing large-ticket lending transactions, corporate finance mandates, and capital market fundraising.
